If you sit like a camel,
All humpy & slack,
You never will have,
A nice straight-looking back.
On your chair if you wriggle,
You surely will fall,
Like poor Humpty Dumpty,
Who fell off the wall.
If astride your chair,
Then you might as well be,
On a galloping horse,
Trying to be a jockey.
If you bend down so low-
That's a terrible pose,
And you will end up my dear,
Wearing specks on your nose.
So, always remember,
Although you are small,
Your backbone needs kindness-
So sit straight and tall.
